Ayurvedic Nutrition is a two-part event that explores both the theoretical foundations and practical applications of the Ayurvedic approach to nutrition.
This special edition focuses on resetting the gut after the holiday season.
13:00 - 14:15: Masterclass: Core principles of Ayurvedic nutrition
14:30 - 16:00: Cooking Workshop: Preparing Ayurvedic meals to support gut reset

- Please arrive on time, ideally 10 to 5 minutes before the event starts

About your host: Anne-Sophie, is a certified Ayurveda Practitioner from Ayurveda Academy Netherlands and founder of Narasimha Ayurveda. She has her practice at Oslo’s House of Consciousness where she offers Ayurvedic coaching and teaching programs. Passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience in ayurvedic cooking and nutrition she has been curating workshops and masterclasses.
