Grounding Session . Rhythmic Roots

Grounding Session – Rhythmic Roots is an immersive evening rooted in presence, rhythm and sound. This grounding session invites participants into a shared space of grounding, movement, and deep listening.

The evening unfolds as a journey, moving from stillness into groove, and finally into a bass-heavy, spacious dub soundscape. Through percussion, strings and electronics the space explores the roots of rhythm, the heart beat. Grounding through vibration.

Program 17:30 - Doors open - Welcome

18:00 – Grounding Introduction A meditative and improvised opening. A room for stillness, breathing, gentle movement, and grounding in vibration, setting the tone for the experience.

18:30 – Groove Section Rhythmic roots, heartbeat-inspired grooves. Uplifting, energizing, and deeply rooted.

19:15–20:00 – Pause We offer snacks and refreshments.

20:00 – Grounding Dub Session An immersive blend of folk, dub, and atmospheric electronic exploration. Bass-heavy and spacious with deep presence and resonance.

This event is a collaborative expression between the musicians and HOCOslo, merging sound, space, and intention.
