BLISS Ecstatic Dance Party Oslo

Hi Dancing Friends of Oslo,

After many years I am returning to Norway with a BLISS ECSTATIC DANCE PARTY. It has been too long and I have missed you all! Together with my Friend Sajad Rahmani / Baba Asia, we will host a nourishing, enlivening, Tribalizing conscious dance event for you at The House of Consciousness in Oslo on Sat 4th Oct, from 18:00 - 22:00.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT; 18:00 Doors open

18:15 -18:30 Opening / Welcome. Sajad will open the space and invite grounding and connection. At the start of the night, Baba Asia welcomes everyone with presence and intention. Through words, rhythm, and ritual, he invites the crowd to breathe together and enter a field of creativity, immersion, and togetherness.

18:30 - 19:15 Guy will then offer a short Guyded Bliss Awakening Dance to open us, awaken our breath, energy, movement and expression. We will begin to reconnect with ourselves and meet each other.

19:15 - 21:15 Bliss Ecstatic Dance Party with Dj Colibri

21:15 - 21:45 Heart Song Musician

**21:45 - 22:00 **Closing / Landing Tribal Circle. As the Journey comes to a close, Baba Asia will guide the Gathering back into stillness. With soft words and gentle rhythm, he creates a moment of grounding and gratitude, so each person leaves both uplifted and centered.

ALSO AT THE EVENT;

• There will also be a Love Lounge next to The Dance Temple where you can relax and connect with others.

• There will be a Juice Bar and small market

COST Early bird pre booked tickets cost 450nok Payment on the door is 550kr, if there is space

There is a capacity of 80 people in The House of Consciousness in The Glass Garden, so book early if you want to join the Bliss Ecstatic Dance Party

WHY BLISS? I originally created Bliss Conscious Clubbing because I Love Conscious Dance. I Love Conscious Community and I Love uplifting, transformational Music which enriches us on all levels. I Love creating a space which invites you to be yourself, where you can fully feel and be in authentic expression while connecting with others.
