What is Negroni Week? Negroni Week is a global initiative started by Imbibe Magazine and runs this year between September 22-28. Last year, almost 200 bars around Sweden and 14,000 bars worldwide participated. During this week, cocktail enthusiasts can not only enjoy Negronis in all their twists, but also make an effort for a good cause. The registration fee for the participating bars goes entirely to charity, with Slow Food returning as a partner. Slow Food is a global movement that works to improve the food industry. They work to preserve biological and cultural diversity, improve working conditions in the food industry and raise the quality of what we eat.
