New Year's celebration in Vinterträdgården

Celebrate the New Year in grand style at Wilhelmina Skogh’s historic Winter Garden. Step into the elegant banquet hall where the sound of piano greets you at the door, setting the tone for the evening. The night will be enriched by vibrant performances from Niklas Gabrielsson and Isabella Lundgren, with spirited jazz filling the very room that once was a stage for jazz’s golden era. As midnight approaches, we welcome the New Year together, followed by music and dancing into the early hours. Throughout the evening, a carefully composed supper will be served, featuring classic dishes and seasonal flavors.

Boiled lobster with lemon mayonnaise and rainbow trout roe

Starter

Delicacy plate: Lightly baked Arctic char with dill emulsion, Kalix bleak roe with Västerbotten cheese royal, sour cream and red onion, reindeer fillet with roasted mushrooms and pickled sea bucktorn

Main course

Red wine-glazed beef tenderloin, potato purée with Jerusalem artichoke, Gruyère, and freshly grated truffle

Cheese

Påverås Blue with pear compote, rosemary, and walnuts

Dessert

Soupe de Champagne, orange parfait, yoghurt mousse
