Japanese Taiko Drumming for Kids – Play, Move, and Feel the Rhythm
A fun and energetic taiko workshop for children. Experience Japanese drumming through movement, rhythm, and play.
Join us for an energetic and playful introduction to Japanese taiko drumming!
In this hands-on workshop, children will explore rhythm through movement, voice, and drumming. Using traditional Japanese drums, participants will learn simple rhythms, play together in small groups, and experience the powerful, physical joy of taiko.
Rather than focusing on memorizing songs, this workshop invites children to feel rhythm in their bodies — to listen, respond, and create sound together.
No prior experience is needed — just bring your curiosity and energy!
Children participate together with a parent or guardian, making this a shared experience for the whole family.
