Yoga based on traditional Hatha yoga, offering a physical, calm, and meditative practice. The experience focuses on presence, increased awareness, and inner stillness. No previous yoga experience is required. Come as you are, dressed in comfortable clothing. We provide yoga mats, but you are welcome to bring your own.
