New Year's Eve At The Edge

We are celebrating the new year together with our amazing guests from all over the world. On that occasion we are inviting you to enjoy a 3-course dinner of North-Norwegian ingredients in our festive main hall. Tromsøs own Jardar Johansen together with his band and singers will perform some breathtaking music in between the courses to set the mood for the special night.

After the dinner the DJ will be playing in our lobby to set the vibe for midnight.

Doors open: 7PM Start dinnershow: 8PM End: approx 10.30PM / 11PM

Amuse bouche

Arctic char from Dragøy, horseradish sauce, dill, cucumber, radish, crispy rye chips (fish, milk, sulphite)

Reindeer steak from Finnmark, celeriac puree, blackcurrant marinated beets, pickled plum, mushroom duxelles, chestnuts, pommes anna and red wine sauce (milk, sulphite, celery,)

Champagne mousse with strawberries and almonds. (milk, eggs, wheat, soya, almonds)

VEGETARIAN / VEGAN

Red beets tartar, horseraddish cream, rye bread chips and fresh herbs (Milk, gluten, sulfitt)

Nut roast with baked vegetables (Nuts)

KIDS MENU (U/12 years)

Turkey with cream sauce and potato puree (milk)

Strawberry mousse (milk, eggs, wheat, soya, )

The Living Room NYE party (lobby area) until 1.30AM

Our Skybar is open from 5PM-1.30AM. Walk-in only with a limited capacity due to fire safety.
