The Art of Love – a workshop where we explore how love can become your most powerful tool in life.

In this session, you will learn:

✨ How to reconnect with your heart

✨ How to confidently express your true feelings

✨ How to use love as self-healing medicine

✨ How to face opposition using love as your strength

✨ How to find practical solutions to everyday challenges—through love

Love has the power to heal, transform, and guide us.

First half of the workshop is theory with Janesh Vaidya and then, in the practical part of the workshop, Vaidya's colleague Malin Barrling, Yoga Therapist and co-author of the book Yoga Is My Therapy, will share simple yet profound techniques—breathing, meditation, and energy practices—to help you bring more love into your life and share it with the world around you.

No previous experience of yoga or ayuvreda is needed.

This is not just a workshop. It’s a step closer to living from your heart.
