Egypt's most beloved actor, George Fahmy, is pressured to play the lead role in a film commissioned by the highest authority. He reluctantly accepts the role and is thrust headlong into the inner circle of power. Like a moth to a flame, he begins an affair with the mysterious wife of the general overseeing the film.
