A Work-in-Progress Performance by Ina Lundström
This autumn, Ina Lundström premieres her solo show The Truth About Gothenburg at Lisebergsteatern.
So now she is heading out for a bit to test new material and see whether the jokes and ideas for the new show hold up. Come! Anything can happen!
In The Truth About Gothenburg, Ina Lundström answers questions you did not know you had and explains what makes the best city in the world exactly that – the best city in the world.
“I think about Gothenburg around the clock. Even though I am Swedish, Indonesian and Dutch, I see myself first and foremost as a Gothenburger. Sometimes I notice that not everyone is as locally patriotic as I am. Isn’t that strange? With this stand-up show, I want to give justice to a city that does not get the appreciation it deserves,” says Ina Lundström.
This is a so-called tryout – a unique chance to see Ina test and shape new material live in front of an audience ahead of her upcoming tour. A work-in-progress performance may include adjustments, interruptions and unfinished parts throughout the show.
