We’re back – and more excited than ever to welcome dancers from all over Scandinavia and Europe to the sixth edition of 040 Dance Camp!

For three intensive days in February, Malmö transforms into a gathering place for passionate dancers sharing movement, growth, and artistic exchange – together with some of today’s most inspiring dance artists:

❗CONFIRMATION AND REFUND POLICY

Your spot at 040 Dance Winter Intensive 2026 is only guaranteed once full payment has been completed via Tickster.

040 Dance does not offer refunds in case of injury, change of mind, or personal scheduling conflicts.

💳 INSTALLMENT PAYMENT

It is possible to choose installment payment via Swedbank Pay at checkout – this applies to participants over 18 years old and registered residents of Sweden.

If you're not based in Sweden but would like to request a payment plan, please email faktura@040dance.se with the following details:

✅ CANCELLATION INSURANCE (OPTIONAL)

You have the option to purchase cancellation insurance at checkout via Tickster. This insurance may entitle you to a refund in case of illness, injury, or other approved reasons.

Please note: All matters and questions related to the insurance are handled directly by Tickster, not by 040 Dance.

🔁 TRANSFER OF TICKET

If you are unable to attend and have not purchased cancellation insurance, you may sell your spot to another dancer. To complete the transfer, send an email to faktura@040dance.se with:

• Your full name

• The new participant’s name and contact details

Faculty Disclaimer

We are proud to present a lineup of outstanding faculty members for this year’s camp. However, due to international touring and other professional commitments, changes may occur. In the case of a faculty cancellation, we will do our best to provide a suitable replacement.

No refunds will be issued if a participant chooses not to attend due to a change in the teacher lineup. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.
