What to expect: 1,5h of Bachata Ladystyling & 1,5h Salsa ladystyling with the experienced dancer & instructor Anna Wang🌸👠

Both bootcamps will have focus on different Bachata & Salsa Ladystyling Techniques and how to apply them in solo and partnerwork. Some of the Techniques we will be focusing on:

• Arms and how to move them with elegance and change to different energies
• Hips & Synkronize with our basics to take our dance to next level
• Different bodyments and how to move fluidly and with control
• How to dance with energy and confidence in all styles
• Work to perfect our basics

Last 30min of every class we will do a small combination of all techniques we learnt for recording 🎥

16:00 - 16:30 Break and fika togheter 🍪☕️ fika included for all ladies to have time to talk and socialise during the break.
