LUND COMEDY FESTIVAL

Humor When the World Is at Odds.

Humour is often described as something that brings people together. But what happens when society becomes more polarised and people agree less and less? Is humour a bridge between groups – or just another way of signalling who belongs and who doesn’t?

Comedian Jesper Rönndahl and journalist Jakob Stenberg meet for a conversation about humour, polarisation and public discourse. Can laughter help us live together despite our differences, or does it risk deepening the divides?

Moderator: Rakel Chukri, journalist and cultural commentator.

The show is in Swedish.

Organizer: Lund Comedy Festival
Performance duration: 50 minutes, no intermission
