Carlstad Crusaders won the series and will face fourth-placed Kristianstad Predators in the semi-finals at Sola Arena. The winner of the match will advance to the final on 12/7, also played at Sola Arena. There they will face the winner of the other semi-final between the second-placed Tyresö Royal Crowns and third-placed Örebro Black Knights.
