Ostindiefararens culture Festival – 28–30 August during Kulturkalaset! Time: 10:00–16:00 each day

Welcome to a weekend filled with music, activities, and harbour joy at Pier 4, Eriksberg!

This year’s festival theme is our historical heritage, with everything from exciting treasure hunts for children to inspiring encounters with our fantastic sailors, who are happy to share their stories and experiences of life at sea.

Throughout the weekend, we’re offering live music, family-friendly activities, and waterfront experiences for all ages. Please note that capacity on board the ship is limited, so don’t forget to collect your free entry ticket if you wish to come aboard.

The festival is organised by The Ostindiefararen Götheborg, with the aim of giving everyone in Gothenburg the opportunity to experience the city’s rich maritime history, and to visit our world-unique ship completely free of charge.
