Information for Exhibitors at the VegoKraft Veg Fair in Gothenburg – Sunday, 1 November 2026

A warm welcome to showcase your organisation at the new veg fair in Gothenburg on 1 November. Join us and present your activities and offerings to an audience interested in plant‑based living at this exciting event. You are welcome to offer sales, product samples, “try‑out activities,” and sponsored items to be shared and/or raffled out. You may also recruit new members to your organisation. If you provide any form of specialised expertise, you may also have the opportunity to give a lecture or presentation to the public. This is also a great chance to network with other organisations targeting the same audience. Please book your exhibitor space as early as possible to secure your spot and to help us with planning. We look forward to having you showcase your work!

Who can exhibit at the fair? All types of organisations offering activities, products, or services that are plant‑based and contain no animal ingredients are welcome. Your entire organisation does not need to be fully plant‑based, but everything presented at the fair must be. The focus is B2C (business to consumer). The fair is also alcohol‑ and drug‑free. Exhibitor spaces cannot be transferred to another party.

Who will visit the fair? Most visitors will be vego (i.e., vegans, vegetarians, and flexitarians) or people who are simply curious about plant‑based organisations, activities, products, and services. Staff or representatives from various organisations may also attend to network with both exhibitors and participants. Their main areas of interest are likely to include food, hygiene products, vegan‑labelled products and services, animal rights and animal welfare, climate/environment/sustainability, and health.
