Efter en utsåld UK-turné 2023 och en närmast mytomspunnen residency på Kilkenny Roots 2024 ger sig Cosmic Country Revue åter ut på vägarna 2026. Med ett klassiskt turnépaket i modern tappning bjuder de på en kväll fylld av transatlantisk psykedelisk country och ambient americana.
Med tre tongivande namn från den samtida cosmic americana-scenen, Jeffrey Silverstein, Bobby Lee och Joe Harvey-Whyte – som uppträder både var för sig och tillsammans – rör sig konserten genom new age-inspirerade ljudlandskap, avslappnad alt-country och svängig, lantlig rock.
Jeffrey Silverstein har hyllats högt av kritiker och hans platta "Western Sky Music" nådde flera årsbästalistor 2023. Sedan länge en stor favorit hos Aquarium Drunkard - "Jeffrey Silverstein continues his journeyman drift, wedding country ballads to funk boogies and laser-guided motorik drive to languid, swamp-ready guitars. With his Telecaster Deluxe strapped on, Silverstein cut the recordings with collaborators Dana Buoy on drums, Connor Gallaher on pedal steel, and Alex Chapman on bass. The music picks up where his last full-length, Western Sky Music, left off—swaggy, spacious, and blissed out."
Joe Harvey-Whyte & Booby Lee släppte albumet 'Last Ride' via Curation Records 2025, en platta som Wednesday's sångerska Karly Hartzman utsåg till Album Of The Year med orden "Incredible ambient/experimental pedal steel... This album gives me the timelessness I crave on long drives on tour, or while cleaning my house, or writing." Bobby Lee har även synts som bassist i GospelbeacH tidigare och Joe Harvey-Whyte har bla lirat pedal-steel med The Hanging Stars.
