BIO: 28 Years Later

Film length: 1 hour 55 minutes Age limit: 15 Oscar-winning director Danny Boyle and Oscar®-nominated screenwriter Alex Garland reunite for 28 YEARS LATER, a new story set in the same universe as 28 Days Later. Nearly three decades have passed since the dreaded Rage virus leaked from a bioweapons lab. Thanks to a strict quarantine, some survivors have found a way to exist among the infected. One such group has settled on a small island, connected to the mainland by a heavily defended causeway.

As a team embarks on a mission into the dark interior of the mainland, they discover secrets and horrors that have mutated not only the infected, but also other survivors.

The film is produced by Andrew Macdonald, Peter Rice, Bernard Bellew, Danny Boyle and Alex Garland.

The cast includes Jodie Comer, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Jack O'Connell, Alfie Williams, Edvin Ryding and Ralph Fiennes.
