Anker is released after 15 years in prison for robbery. His brother Manfred is the only one who knows where the money from the robbery is hidden. Unfortunately, Manfred is traumatized after their mother's death and has now fled into an alter ego; none other than Beatles frontman "John Lennon". And "John" knows nothing about the robbery money. Anker's accomplice wants his share of the loot and threatens to go on a killing spree if Anker doesn't deliver the money. Anker gets help from a psychologist who suggests they take Manfred to their mother's house in the woods and assemble a band - the Beatles, of course - to satisfy Manfred's alter ego and at the same time awaken his memory. But time will tell if there's more than just money hidden in the woods...
