Opening hours:

• Saturday: 10:00–18:00
• Sunday: 10:00–16:00

ENTRY TIMES: To help with audience flow, there are two entry times per day. Your ticket determines your entry time only - there’s no set exit time. Please arrive during your selected session as we cannot guarantee late entry. See the entry times on the tickets below.

IMPORTANT INFO:

• Children aged 12 and under go free with a Kids ticket, accompanied by a guardian.
• We do not offer weekend tickets.
• All tickets are non-refundable but can be used by anyone.
• For ticket-related questions, please contact Tickster customer service directly.
• By registering for a ticket, you agree to follow our Code of conduct.

DATA COLLECTION: To support our goal of being the world’s most sustainable coffee festival, all attendees are asked to complete a short form before downloading their ticket. The information you provide helps us improve future events and produce our post-event sustainability report. It only takes a few minutes, and completing it before arriving will ensure a smooth entry.

Buying tickets for others? Log in to your MyTickster account to forward their tickets, so they can fill in their own details.

ACCESSIBILITY: If you require an assistant to accompany you at the event, please purchase your ticket first and then email us with your booking number to arrange a complimentary pass for your assistant. Email us at anna.w@nordiccoffeefest.com with your booking number to arrange this in advance.
