We're once again celebrating Gladmat in collaboration with Stavanger Ginfestival. The team at Espier and Sous Chef, Jacky Wang, have put together a menu of four small dishes that are perfectly paired with four different gin based cocktails, with products from Hendrick, Magalaus Gin from Jæren, Beefeater Crown Jewel and Citadelle. Gin Expert Lars Madsen will take you on a journey through the world of gin whilst your palate will experience new sensations. In true Gladmat-spirit, this is an event with great value for money.
Expected duration: 1,5 hours. Everyone is welcome to extend their stay as long as the capacity will allow it.
