Christmas classics: Roast pork belly and pinnekjøtt (traditional Norwegian cured and dried lamb ribs), served with accompaniments from Steinkjer, Meråker and Frosta.
From the sea and around the world: Whole-baked Sterling halibut and delicious sushi, alongside a wide selection of fresh seafood from Trøndelag’s abundant coastline.
A sweet finale: A cheese bar and dessert table from our pastry team that you simply won’t be able to resist.
