Join us for an exclusive Winemaker’s Dinner at The Edge, where food and wine come together in a unique tasting experience. This evening you will enjoy a carefully composed menu paired with selected wines from the renowned Italian winery Pasqua Wines.

Shellfish bisque (fish, shellfish, milk, sulfites)
Tuna, olives and cherry tomatoes (fish, sulfites)
Wolffish with potato and truffle (fish, milk, sulfites)
Parmesan, hazelnut and honey (milk, hazelnut, gluten, egg)
Each course will be served with carefully selected wines from Pasqua, known for their elegant expressions from the Veneto region.
About Pasqua Wines
Pasqua is a historic winery from Verona, founded in 1925 and still owned by the Pasqua family. For nearly 100 years, they have built a strong international position as both a producer and ambassador of prestigious wines from Veneto.
The winery is particularly known for its interpretations of Amarone and wines from the areas around Valpolicella, the eastern side of Lake Garda, and up toward Soave.
Today, the company is led by President Umberto Pasqua together with his sons Riccardo Pasqua and Alessandro Pasqua. They continue the family legacy by combining a century of experience and deep understanding of the Valpolicella terroir with innovation and modern winemaking.
Through the initiative Pasqua – House of the Unconventional, the winery has also become a creative meeting point for art, culture, and wine. This work was recognized in 2024 when Pasqua received the prestigious Innovator of the Year 2023 award from Wine Enthusiast.
