Two years ago Randi Pontoppidan got a lovely invitation to go in the Village recording studio with Robert Dick, a brilliant New Yorker fluteplayer and improviser. Now he is back in Copenhagen. This intimate impro concert with voice and flutes is indeed a special treat for all free jazz impro lovers.

Robert Dick is an American flutist and composer born 1950 specializing in experimental music and extended techniques. He has been a member of the experimental woodwind trio New Winds with Ned Rothenberg and J. D. Parran.

Randi Pontoppidan composer, singer and performer, working with free improvisation, jazz, performance art, electroacoustic composition and sound poetry. She is known for her extended vocal techniques, often mixed with live electronic processing.
