Roots & Jazz Copenhagen 2026

Roots & Jazz is an urban festival set in the heart of Copenhagen. We present the roots of jazz as well as the funky sidesteps – where soul has found new homes. Many of the artists may be unfamiliar, but we guarantee the highest level of artistry. Our mission is to discover the best music out there and bring it to our stage in Copenhagen - and we travel across oceans to find it. We are proud to present a very international and diverse lineup and we’re certain that you’ll find your new favorite artist at Roots & Jazz.

Student one-day pass – 80 DKK

Children under 12 years: free Companion of a disabled person: free

Opening hours:

• Open from 15:00 to 24:00 every day July 4 - July 11.
• Concerts start at 16:00 or 16:30.

Food & drinks:

• Food & drinks are available for sale at the festival – no food from outside is allowed inside the festival area.

Good advice:

Please come early – the partout tickets are valid all days from July 4 to July 11 unless the festival has reached its capacity. Entry will be on a first come first served basis. Reentry is allowed but you will have to queue if there is a queue 🙂

In extreme instances, we may choose to close off the entry gates for security reasons.
