Augusta Schackinger

Dreamlike pop and lyrical melancholy

19-year-old Augusta Schackinger writes songs that paint vivid pictures. With her unique blend of dreamlike pop and lyrical melancholy, she moves in a space between the real and the symbolic – creating music that speaks across generations and captures both the heart and the imagination.

Despite her young age, Augusta has already proven herself. She made her breakthrough with Stjerneklare Nætter, featured in Jonas Risvig’s TV series Grænser, and has gained a huge following on social media. Now she’s on the verge of something bigger with new releases on Sony Music and a collaboration with Olivver that sent Ødelagt Byen straight to the top of Denmark’s streaming charts.

Carlina de Place

Vulnerability, strength, and standing ovations

With just a handful of releases, Carlina de Place has already left a strong mark. Songs like Pieces and Reminded have established her as one of the most promising new voices, and her SPOT Festival show earned her standing ovations and five-star reviews from both GAFFA and Soundvenue.

Her sound is a captivating mix of organic singer-songwriter traditions and contemporary R&B. Together with Grammy-winning producer Morten ’Rissi’ Ristorp (Lukas Graham, Beyoncé), she is taking her bedroom demos to new heights – while staying fully independent. On stage at Lille Vega, she is ready to write the next chapter.

Secret opening act

The night begins with one of Denmark’s most established artists – but the name remains a secret until the moment the music starts. A rare chance to see a well-known act step into the role of opening support, paving the way for new voices.

About Rising

Rising is Roskilde Festival’s way of supporting artists and movements that will shape tomorrow. It is about giving new artists the stage, the audience, and the attention they need to grow. Sometimes it is a young singer taking her first big step, other times it is a community or collective that pushes culture forward. Rising ties it all together, ensuring that these moments not just happen at the festival, but all year-round.
