Rave O’Clock’s brings the renowned Das Techno Team dance workshop to Stockholm for one night of embodied movement, music exploration, and collective rave culture.

This event merges everything we love about the underground electronic community — presence, connection, release — with guided tools that help you unlock a deeper, more expressive way of moving on the dance floor.

Whether you’re a newcomer to electronic music, an experienced raver or just curious about moving your body within an immersive sound and space, Resonanz invites you.

Through this guided 4h dance workshop and collective exploration with Das Techno Team, you will learn to:

  • Conduct music through your body, rhythm, and how you communicate nonverbally through movement.
  • Move with intention and flow — both individually and within the collective dynamic of a group.
  • Understand how to take space on the dance floor respectfully, without breaking the vibe or overwhelming others.
  • Feel the balance between release and awareness, expanding your movement vocabulary while staying grounded.
  • Experience music and movement as a shared emotional language that opens connection, empathy, and creative expression.

After the worshop, the room shifts from to full 5h party with Resonanz residents. Apply what you’ve learned, lose yourself in the sound, and experience the dance floor from a new and expanded perspective.
