Paul Bäcklin has a violent spirit and peaceful mind. The moonlight farmer and veteran songwriter divides his life between the rainy harbor city of Gothenburg, and his small farm in a well-hidden valley between two forests in the salt-stained part of the dark Nordics called Bohuslän.

With just two remarkable solo albums, the artist and songwriter has cemented himself as an alternative force in the americana-infused folk scene in Scandinavia.
