An e-ticket is unique and personal. You get your ticket by e-mail (or more specified, a link in an e-mail) if you did not chose to have it delivered by mail. Please print your ticket and bring it to the event for admission.
To open/print your .pdf-file you need the free software Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you have bought more than one ticket, the .pdf will have more than one page,- one page for each ticket.
An e-ticket has a unique barcode which identifies the ticket. The barcode will be validated at the event.
If there is more than one box-office at the event, they will communicate with eachother. It will not be possible to use the same ticket in two different box-offices.
- The ticket is a valuable and you should take appropriate measures to safeguard it and ensure it is not lost, stolen, damaged or copied.
- Your ticket can be printed on any laser- or incprinter. It is not necessary to print it in colour.
- It is ok to erase the .pdf-file when you have printed your ticket.
- Many event organizers chose to have specific box offices for e-tickets (like this one). Therefor, look for “E-tickets” box offices.
- The receipt e-maild to you is NOT valid as a ticket. Soulely the printed, downloaded .pdf-file is valid for admission.
